- Orders Under HK$800: If the total purchase amount does not meet the free shipping condition, all orders will be shipped via SF Express on a "Freight Collect" (Cash on Delivery / Pay by Customer) basis. No shipping fees will be charged at checkout; instead, all shipping costs must be paid by the customer directly to SF Express upon receiving or picking up the parcel.
配送方式 ｜ Shipping Methods
自取與送上門的基本運費計價方式相同:
- 順豐站 / 營業點 / 智能櫃自取： 運費由顧客取件時直接向順豐支付。
- 直接送上門 (住宅或工商地址)： 運費由顧客收貨時直接向順豐支付（送上門無需額外住宅附加費）。
- 溫馨提示：若您購買厚重大衣或訂單件數較多，順豐智能櫃可能因體積限制無法放入，建議優先選擇順豐站自取或直接送上門。
The shipping rates for self-pickup and home delivery follow the same standard tariff structure:
- SF Store / SF Service Center / SF Locker Pickup: Shipping fees are to be paid by the customer upon picking up the parcel.
- Door-to-Door Delivery (Residential or Commercial Address): Shipping fees are to be paid by the customer upon delivery (No residential surcharge applied).
- Note: If your order contains heavy outerwear or multiple items, it may exceed SF Locker size limits. We highly recommend selecting an SF Store or Door-to-Door delivery for larger orders.
訂單處理及配送時間 ｜ Processing & Delivery Time
所有現貨訂單將於付款成功後的 2-4 個工作天內安排寄出（不含公眾假期及週末）。
商品寄出後，您可隨時登入本網站，在「我的訂單」頁面中直接查閱該筆訂單的順豐運單編號與最新物流進度。
